Rule 45
Criteria for Awarding Licensee
(1) Pursuant to Section 71 of the Act, the Government of Nepal shall reward the best licensees on the basis mentioned in Rule 3 on the recommendation of the Board.
(2) A licensee who has been awarded in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall not be awarded normally for the next three years after being awarded once.
